Argentina), one of the first graduates of architecture school from the University and later the Director of Urbanization of the municipality of Buenos Aires for more than 25 years. The event presents a selection of his original urban and sanitation projects done along his partner Adolfo Gallino in Corrients and the urban transformations of the Avenue 9 de Julio in the 1930's.
