Heartstorming

About this book

Just as brainstorming jump-starts the mind for ideas, heartstorming helps us become aware of the feelings that color our view of life. By seeking direction from the inner resources of the heart, mind, and soul, heartstorming enables us to find meaning, passion, and fulfillment. In the beautifully written and accessible Heartstorming, Father Paul Keenan illuminates the heart’s distinct role in uncovering purpose in our lives. We discover the power of the feeling heart when it’s partnered with the reasoning mind and the transcendent soul.Father Paul leads us into the world of the heart, demonstrating how to uncover our true beliefs, fears, values, and joy. Through stories and reflections, Father Paul shows that heartstorming is actually a new way of seeing the everyday events of our lives by grasping the deep significance they contain.Whether you are feeling blocked by stress, sadness, or a lack of motivation, Heartstorming can free you by having you face three simple questions:What matters? (What do I feel in my heart?) What do I believe in? (What does my mind tell me about what I feel?) What brings me joy and peace? (What are the ideals and inspirations of my soul?) If you find yourself at a crossroads and want to discover the way to a purposeful life, Heartstorming is the book you have been waiting for.
