Jake's promise

About this book

Jake Winslow is back in town for one reason: he wants his son. After his wife's death, he'd thought it best to allow the child's grandparents to care for him. But Kenny's older now, and everyone knows a boy needs his father. Everyone, that is, except Kenny's aunt, Paige Kenton, who believes no boy needs a father like Jake--wild, impulsive, unable to settle down. But this new Jake doesn't fit the old picture. He has a steady job, a home and a college degree. And Paige's old feelings of anger and resentment are giving way to something she can't quite fathom--and doesn't quite trust. FAMILY MAN: He's sexy, he's single... and he's a father! Can any woman resist?
