Four doctors, four wives

About this book

"The pleasant river town of Bayard is the scene of this story about four doctors and their wives. The couples had been almost inseparable until one September afternoon the four young women decided they had become too dependent on each other. Now they would trust their own judgment, live their own lives, unhampered by criticism and advice."--Preliminary page.
