A genealogy and a history of the Murray and McDonnell families in New York who are Irish Americans. They are descendants of Thomas Edward Murray born 21 Oct 1860 in Albany, N.Y., died in 1929. He married Catherine Bradley, died 1927. Their daughter Anna married James McDonnell in 1916. Also includes a biography of Thomas Edward Murray (1860-1929). At his death he left $9 million, 8 children, 48 grandchildren, and a record of industrial accomplishments ranging from 1100 patented inventions to the consolidation of Con Edison.
