Storm of passion

About this book

The crashing waves swept young Kerry O'Connell onto the Caribbean isle, the sole survivor of a shipwreck that left her an orphan. Here she would blossom into a woman as wild and lovely as the tropical flowers, as sensual as the warm breeze that caressed her burnished copper tresses. Alone on the deserted shore, Kerry is a treasure that British privateer Nick Lawton cannot resist. And even as Kerry fiercely denies him, his lips leave a fiery trail across her satin skin, awakening passions she has never known. But, treachery and suspicion sweep the Irish beauty away from her pirate lover, toward the secret of her past. Thrust into the turbulence of war, her private battle is the torment of separation ... and the compelling dream of returning to her island paradise and the bold buccaneer who holds her heart forever captive.
