This child is mine

About this book

Sometimes love is Destiny . The fortune cookies at Madame Wu's Destiny House are special: their predictions come true! Three women's lives are affected; three new loves are born . Pain can be the midwife of joy. That's what Lina's fortune cookie tells her. Well, she certainly has enough pain at the moment. The child she's carrying is the subject of a legal wrangle. It seems that she was artificially inseminated illegally. Webb just wants his baby back. The child Lina's carrying is all he has left of his dead wife. In fact, it's pretty much all he has left, period. He stands to lose his ranch as well as the child he and his wife created if his luck doesn't change. As he grows closer to Lina, however, new possibilities take shape. Possibilities like marriage. But he's not sure whether Lina sees them, too .
