In this paper, we will prove the following theorem: Theorem 1.1. Let G L(V) be transitive Rank 3 on (V) with subdegrees 1,q+q2 + . . . +qn-2 + qn-2,qn-1 where V is an n-dimensional vector space over the field k = GF(q) with n = 2m 4, and (V) is the set of all 1-spaces in V.
