An angel in Provence

About this book

She's landed a dream project: transforming an eighteenth-century rectory in Avignon into a summer home. But the client insists on hiring local furniture artisan Philippe Beaulieu--young, eccentric, irritatingly ... French. Their styles couldn't be more different; his ultramodern designs definitely clash with Rita's classic tastes. But as the saying goes, Vive la diffe rence! Working closely in the romantic Provenc ʹal countryside, the colleagues discover shared passions outside the studio, and recently widowed Rita throws herself into their affair with appropriate French e lan, never thinking her heart is at risk. But with her dreams so tantalizingly close, Rita must find the courage to take hold of them ... and never let them go.
