Perfect Bound on white 104 gsm paper w/Matte Lam cover design by Mason Terrill. About 200 exercises with over 50 b/w diagrams and illustrations. Very subtle use of full colour printing! "This book is based on a premise that awareness of our basic human faculties, and developing these through practice, can become a source for personal, political and cultural change. The ideas for the book were seeded in the 1960s and 1970s when performing arts practitioners and Avant-garde artists were eagerly soaking up new (mostly American derived) experiments in somatic movement, collective and therapeutic practices. These influences were non-conventional, encouraging a sense of embodied power and an undoing of hierarchical structures and modes of living. Stefan’s experiential involvement in these practices influenced his research into a triad – sense, think and act – which forms the core content of this book." **Emilyn Claid** ---------- The content was pre-tested distributed as a Wiki website thanks to **Gordon Joly** An ebook is available from Payhip
