Earth, wind, and fire

About this book

"Earth, Wind, and Fire: Biblical and Theological Perspectives on Creation presents a compelling dialogue between feminist exegetes and theologians on creation. While the essays concern distinct texts in the Jewish and Christian Scriptures, common themes emerge from the analysis of specific texts. The work aims to be faithful to the biblical traditions while celebrating the rich diversity of creation that is inclusive of plants, animals, non-human and human life, and the male and female genders. The study offers a concrete praxis of continuing the creative artistry of God. Book jacket."--BOOK JACKET.
