About this book
A radical critique of third world volunteering by British government-backed agencies, encouraging individuals to question their experience; in particular to appreciate their involuntary role as agents for western neo-colonialism, and their frequently counterproductive role bringing in totally inappropriate aspirations. A work of inspiration to many.
