White Privilege Unmasked

About this book

"This book is about understanding cultural difference but from the point of view of white people, and particularly white helping professionals, understanding their own position of privilege within this context. In recent years, there has been pressure on this privilege in various ways and this has had noticeable effects on white populations including more explicit racism, possibly because of a fear of losing this privilege. This book explores this and helps professionals to understand and respond to these dynamics, both in themselves and their clients/patients"--
