Clarke who will appear as Asa Trenchard and Lord Dundreary, in Tom Taylor's great comedy "Our American Cousin" as performed in Philadelphia and New York for a period of five months, with a success unparalleled in the annals of the drama. Re-appearance of Miss Charlotte Thompson who will enact Florence Trenchard, in the comedy above named. Monday evening, Sep. 12, 1859 will be performed Tom Taylor's celebrated comedy in three acts, entitled "Our American Cousin" placed upon the stage with all its fun, comic situations, laughable tableaux, and superior cast ... After which, the Star-Spangled Banner written by Francis S. Key, will be sung by the entire company, in honor of the 12th September ... The whole to conclude with the amusing farce entitled "A Conjugal Lesson" ...
