The house crowded to excess last evening to witness the performance of those excellent comedians, William Wheatley and J.S. Clarke, who will appear again this evening as Asa Trenchard and Lord Dundreary, in Tom Taylor's great and best comedy "Our American Cousin" received last night with shouts of applause by the largest & most fashionable audience ever congregated in this theatre. Tuesday evening, Sept. 13, '59 will be performed Tom Taylor's celebrated comedy in three acts, entitled "Our American Cousin" placed upon the stage with all its fun, comic situations, laughable tableaux, and superior cast ...
