Morley, Throckmorton, Milliken, Gribble respectfully submit their revival of the renowned magical and spectacular drama in 4 acts by Charls M. Barras entitled "The Black Crook," with entirely new scenery designed, painted and constructed by Cleon Throckmorton, costumes designed and directed by Alfred Burke, assisted by Elinore Noteware, execution of costumes supervised by Mrs. William Tanner and Pauline Hatchett, accessories by Arthur Wyman of the Hoboken Theatrical Co., assisted by Julia Seymour, papier mache by Felix Harbord, dragon by Everett Miller, music research by Ernest S. Colling, musical numbers invented and staged by Miss Pearl Eaton, grand ballets created and directed by Miss Agnes De Mille.
