Describes the settlement of George Frederick Warnica and his wife Phoebe Lyon in Innisfil Township, Simcoe County Ontario. Both born in New York State and their families moved to Ontario at different times. As a young boy George moves to Thornhill to work, where he meets and marries Phoebe Lyon and later returns to Innisfil, about 1830, to raise their family.
