About this book

Grieving and on the way to his mother's funeral, Damar King receives a disturbing phone call that threatens his family's drug empire. When Damar refuses to bow to the caller's extortion attempts, he gets touched where it hurts the most--not in the pocket but in the heart. Jamerica, the love of his life, is kidnapped and held at an undisclosed location. Will the threat of his woman being killed be enough to make Damar bow down? Or will his enemy's ill-advised moves unleash the beast within Damar that he is well known for? One thing is for certain, the streets of Miami will feel the wrath of the King Cartel. No stone will go uncovered and no lives will be spared until Damar has his Jamerica safely back at home."--Page 4 of cover
