Weird and wacky inventions

About this book

"In books, on TV, and in the movies, inventors are sometimes shown as weird and wacky people. In real life, most inventors try to make inventions that are useful. As you'll read in this book, many of the things we now use every day started out as inventions that seemed weird and wacky. They just needed someone to think up a use for them!"
