About this book

"This edition is the first in a new British Record Society series that will make available indices, calendars and analyses of nationally significant record collections relating to apprentices, their training and careers. These first two volumes publish a calendar and index of the civil cases presented to the Lord Mayor's Court of London brought by apprentices against their masters for early termination of their apprenticeship indentures"--Series title page verso.
