Published in two volumes, and in conjunction with the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA), Montreal, this publication brings together for the first time all of the projects (volume 1) and writings (volume 2) by British architect Cedric Price (1934-2003). The content material is drawn directly from the original work, now largely held in the Cedric Price Fonds at the CCA, as well as a few private collections - the culmination of ten years of study by author/editor Smantha Hardingham. The books aim to present the munificence of Price: thinker, philosopher, artist and unparalleled raconteur - a thoroughly modern traditionalist.
