Fog City

About this book

STRANGERS Caitlin MacKenzie was an ordinary bookstore clerk from the suburbs--the kind of woman who didn't get taken prisoner in her hotel room by a tough, good-looking stranger. Yet here she was, scared to death as Michael Seger spoke of nasty thugs and necessary hideouts. And if Caitlin was his only hope, the man was really in trouble. Hunted by criminals desperate for the evidence he had against them, Michael had to stay alive long enough to meet his contact. But then the bad guys spotted Caitlin, and Michael had to take her into hiding. Suddenly, strangers on the run had become lovers in seclusion, and Michael learned what dangerous really meant...
