The being of a Church and lawfully Ordained Ministry, are evidenced and secu- red sufficiently in the want of Episcopacy. 5. The Scriptures asserted and proved to be the sole supreame Judge of all controver- sies in matters of Religion, and the only sure interpreter of themselves, not Councils, or Fathers, or the universall practice of the Primitive Churches. 6. The Presbyterian Government vindicated from severall aspersions cast upon it, and also the first Classis within the Province of Lancaster and their actings justified, ... (4 lines).
