"草诀百韵歌" (共106韵,1060字), "后韵草诀歌" (共37韵,370字), "草诀续韵歌" (共42韵,420字), 且亲自写序, 跋. 其后明万历二十年(1592), 范文连奎馆上石, 称为"集古草诀", 万历四十一年 (1613) 韩道亨书写墨迹本, 名亦称"草诀百韵歌". 这些传本的内容多有重复, 也有增减, 但其言皆浅白易晓, 读之亦琅琅上口, 易于记忆, 对初学草书者认识各种字的草法有很大帮助.
