Italy in the Thirteenth Century

About this book

THE history of Italy in the thirteenth century is, for us of European descent, the main current of the world's history and full of matters of great moment that barely allow themselves to be sketched in a short book, much less to be defined in a few opening sentences; but for convenience sake a sort of finger post may be set up to show where our way leads.
