Time of Their Lives

About this book

Using digitally restored page images from the original publications—first published in 1911 and 1918—the lives of world-famous novelist Robert Louis Stevenson and respected World War I poet Rupert Brooke are humanized by those who knew them best in this biographical collection. Isobel Strong and Edward Marsh create a warm portrait about two individuals that remain popular over a century after their deaths through their works and legacies. Also included in this edition is additional biographical information detailing little known historical facts following the deaths of Stevenson in 1894 and Brooke in 1915 that have not been published previously. Standish Press Authorized Open Library Edition.
