The present volume contains the first editions of each part. In this work, the Dean of Durham, Thomas Comber (1645-1699), reveals apparent deception and fraud within the early Roman Catholic Church, with special attention devoted to the Annales Ecclesiastici of Cardinal Cesare Baronius.
