Parts III–VI of the sale are mostly hand-priced in pencil, with occasional buyer names recorded; other parts of the sale have occasional annotations. Signed by Felix Schlessinger on the front cover, with his address also given. Very good or better. A rare sale catalogue, the only copy we seem to have handled since at least 1988. Judged on its own terms, a sale of admittedly secondary importance. Although its two full plates of ancient coins would seem to qualify it for inclusion in Spring’s Ancient Coin Auction Catalogues, it is neglected by him. However, the presence of even incomplete annotations make this copy more notable, and the fact that this was Felix Schlessinger’s copy lends it an immediate importance.
