Yin fire

About this book

"Doris Mills has a lump in her breast - the breast her father used to caress when he came in to say those special good-nights. Bold and timid, mad and sane by turns, Doris sets out to make herself whole, moving forward and backward in time. YIN FIRE takes us along on her journey. Uncovering her wounded childhood and youth and facing her obsessive sexuality, she weaves her study and personal experience of Chinese medicine, shamanism, and women's mythology into the discovery of her power to heal herself."--SMALL PRESS DISTRIBUTION.
