About this book

An extensive collection of texts from different sources related to the Baltic mythology (Mannhardt calls the Balts 'Letto-Preussen' - by the northernmost and southernmost people) with the comments of the editor. In general finished by Mannhardt in 1870, but then left unfinished, travelled from one editor to a different editor for half a century, until published in 1936 in Riga, Latvia.
