Bruno de Winter was a Flemish journalist . He became known as the founder and first editor-in-chief of 't Pallieterke , a satirical Flemish-minded weekly with a conservative right wing--Wikipedia 't Pallieterke is a Belgian publisher and satirical weekly pro-Flemish and right - conservative tendency.
