There are many who like to indulge in “Knife Trivia”. This book was not written for them. It is for the serious student interested in refining his skills. In these pages I do not discuss whether or not the Bowie knife was developed from the Spanish navaja. Nor will you read much here of the historical roots of modern knife fighting. Books, excellent books, have already been published which go into these matters in great detail.
